TOP 10 EYELASH CURLERS LOVED BY PROS

TOP 10 EYELASH CURLERS LOVED BY PROS

Are you growing weary of beauty bloggers who tell you that everything is amazing without any real knowledge to back it up? Well today Glossibritches, I have something AMAZING for you. Reviews about eyelash curlers from full time WORKING makeup artists.

In our popular Facebook group, Glossible, I asked 14,000+ pros what their favorite lash curlers were and here were their replies.

When I’m teaching makeup classes in my Chicago studio, I am always amazed at how many women show up without an eyelash curler. In my professional opinion, curling your lashes is one of those simple little tricks that can take you from fab to fox in seconds.

I have three favorites. I love the Kevyn Aucoin lash curler for eyes that have a rounder shape. It gives a tight, clean curl without pinching and I can get every lash quickly.

I love the Shu Uemura curler for eyes with a more almond shape and smaller eyes as it's a bit tighter.

The Japonesque precision lash curler is wonderful for getting lashes in the corners and curling just the tips of lashes. -Danielle Blazer

I also love the Shu Uemura bc my eyes are very small, and this fits them perfectly. It's also gentle and doesn't pinch and leave a crimp. The cushion is just squishy enough without being a hard rubber, which is too harsh on fragile lashes.

The Eyecurl II. Love that it's heated and NOT a pinch curler for the super flinchy and squirmy clients. It heats better than others since it uses a AA vs a AAA battery like most heated curlers sold here. Plus it gets right to the root of the lash for a good lift + sweeping curve. -Sarah Elizabeth

The Tweezerman lash curler. It's a simple, inexpensive and effective lash curler that allows you to buy replacement heads.

Most brands do not sell replacement heads so once you run out your forced to repurchase a new lash curler. It's an easy way for makeup companies to make money off of consumers.  -Ashley Becker

Preo eyelash curler ;) This one is my fave!!! I use this primarily in the inner and outer corners of the eyes for that added lift. It is also great for women with short lashes. -Christine Pollifrone

I also like the Preo Eyelash Curler. I like how much control I have with and can go in and just curl areas that need it. If I have someone in my chair who is uncomfortable with traditional lash curlers they are usually more comfortable because it is less intrusive. -Margina Dennis

Kevyn Aucoin because it works! It has a firm grip down to the root of the lash, fits most eye shapes and I don't have to work hard to get a nice curl. Plus, the red pad allows me to see the lashes, so I know they are all there, a couple pumps and volume city! And, it is only $25!-Jenn Blum

I also love the Kevyn Aucoin lash curler. I really love that the pad is red! You can see the lashes up against it and really know where you're going to get that curl.

Kevyn Aucoin all day everyday!!! Love the red silicone band that makes his stand out from the rest, opens wider, the amount of gap between the top and bottom so it makes it easier to fit into any eye shape.

It feels comfortable, curls amazingly without pinching, inexpensive esp with pro discount. I personally use it and obsessed. Used to be a big Shu Uemura lash curler fanatic but this is so much better. Kevyn did design the Shu curlers... makes a lot of sense. I will never look back!!!

Shu Uemura mini lash curler is the tits! It's half size of a traditional curler and has lasted me tons of years. It's half size shape allows you to custom shape anyone's lashes no matter how full or thin their lashes are and especially no matter how wide or narrow their eyes are. No pinching! It's so perfect!

I really love the Tarte Eyelash curler .. it opens very wide and gives a comfortable grip when working on others.

I use the Seki Edge cageless curlers on clients and the caged curler on myself. I like the cage less curlers cause you don't run the risk of pinching skin and with the smaller curler you can catch all the tiny short lashes in it

I'm digging the Blinc heated eyelash curler for speed or on clients who are afraid of standard ones. It doesn't get too hot, quickly locks a curl in, and I can focus on sections for precision.

Jenni Lepp-
This baby! Surratt Relevée Lash Curler. It's so perfect- it doesn't pinch my short lashes. And it lifts them just as the name implies. I can just use this and will look 100% more awake. It's all Lisa Eldridge's fault. I saw it in one of her videos!

Shiseido mini curler is my favourite for clients. It allows your clients to close their eye while you curl their lashes and gives a more upright lift than I've ever gotten from a standard curler.

I find that lash curlers make a lot of clients anxious so this is just perfect and performs so well.

You can also get coloured pads for it so you can see the lashes coming through. For personal use I still love my Shu eumera though.
